Linked recently created a new Résumé Assistant feature that you need to be aware of.
I would strongly recommend that you turn off this feature.
To disable Résumé Assistant: Go to Settings and Privacy and select the Privacy tab. Click on Privacy, scroll down and select Microsoft Word, here you will see the option to turn off Résumé Assistant.
Why do I recommend this? There are numerous reasons behind it, but the primary reason is that it gives your proprietary profile content to a large audience working on their resumes. Your content can be copied/plagiarized word for word. When your unique content is copied (potentially over and over again) it loses its unique branding and impact.
