How long will it take to receive my résumé?

For most projects, draft documents will be delivered within 3-5 business days.

What if I’m not ready to commit to purchasing a new résumé, can you still help me?

Absolutely!! For $175, I will critique your current résumé. I will provide comments and improvement ideas concerning your layout, presentation, content, keyword analysis, and more. For a more in-depth, one-on-one review, you can purchase a one-hour career coaching session to discuss effective resume strategy, formats, and more.

What if I lose my résumé and/or cover letter? Does All★Star Career Services keep a backup?

Not to worry. I keep all résumés on file in a safe and secure format.

What are your guarantees and refund policies?

Résumés, cover letters, and thank you notes are crucial in this job market, and a well-written one will give you a competitive edge. However, no matter how well your résumé is written, I cannot guarantee any job offers or interviews. There are many variables that contribute to the success of your job search, including the time and effort invested in your search, your qualifications, and local market conditions. We will not refund your money once the product has been started. If you are unhappy with my service, I will gladly work with you until you are satisfied.

Is my privacy guaranteed?

Absolutely! Any personal information you share is completely safe in my hands. Given the nature of the business, I understand that it is imperative to maintain discretion.

Is your service tax deductible?

While All⋆Star Career Services suggests consulting your tax professional, in December 2017, Congress passed the Job Cuts and Tax Act, which eliminated job search expenses as being tax-deductible.
